Terry Miller prides himself on building heavy duty concrete water tanks, either above the ground with an open top or silo roof, or under ground with a concrete top.

We generally build tanks in three sizes 50,000, 105,000 and 120,000 litres.

These are the only tanks that the concrete will test between 48 and 52 mpa and over, after 28 days of curing.

Our concrete water tanks can be used for effluent, boiling hot water, domestic purposes, molasses tanks (which are 3 times heavier than water) and stock use.

Terry specialises in building concrete underground tanks, and we have built hundreds over the past few years, for car parks, air ports, schools, domestic use, abattoirs etc.  Depending upon the load bearing weight, we go from 150 mil to 200 mil thickness for the top of the tank, and even more if required. The top is supported by 6 to 8 poles and S102 mesh.

Our tanks are constructed to the latest Structural Engineering plans and are unique as they have 130 mm (5") walls and 160 mm (6") floors and very heavily reinforced with high grade reinforcing steel.
